The St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) will be attending the upcoming FRED Expo in Rotterdam (Holland) on June 2nd in an attempt to fill critical vacancies and to represent St. Maarten.

The St Maarten medical center Pediatric ward has received new patient monitoring devices. The provision of the devices was made possible by the generosity of the AFAS Foundation.

The St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) provides interventional procedures for dialysis patients with the help of a renowned vascular surgeon and an interventional radiologist.

The SMMC hosted an appreciation celebration event for their heroes, current and former oncology patients. The theme of the event was an ‘Appreciation Celebration; Surviving the Odds’.

Ever so often a patient is left with such incredible service that they go above and beyond to show their gratitude. Recently, Mr. Bernstein showed the St. Maarten Medical Center just such gratitude.
