On Saturday, October 26th, 2024, St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) will host its annual Women’s Health Day where it will offer free breast cancer screenings in collaboration with the Positive Foundation and the Elektralytes Foundations.From 9:00am to 2:00pm, attendees have the opportunity to receive free clinical breast exams carried out by SMMC’s Medical Specialists and local General Practitioners assisted by student physicians from the American University of the Caribbean (AUC).

CAY HILL:  St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) will be present at the Emigratiebeurs (Emigration Fair) in Houten, The Netherlands on February 8th and 9th, 2020. SMMC’s presence at the fair is part of their ongoing efforts to recruit medical and non-medical healthcare professionals to fill current vacancies at SMMC and future vacancies at St. Maarten General Hospital (SMGH).

The St. Maarten Heart and Stroke Foundation (SHSF) in collaboration with St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC), the White and Yellow Cross Care Foundation (WYCCF) and Soualiga Medical Practice invites the public to enjoy an educational event titled “Life After a Stroke” on Saturday, July 6th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the White and Yellow Cross in St. John’s Estate.
